I am setting up this Blog site exclusively for my PILATES/PERSONAL TRAINING business.
This is a NO PRESSURE, stress free zone!
I would like to use this site as a way to educate others on what I do.

I want you to know, I love what I do! I love being able to share the knowledge I have learned with others, in the hope of helping them reach their fitness goals, and to create a more balanced, and whole sense of health and well being. I believe that becoming more aware of your body and how it functions, is the first step in reaching these goals.
I have been blessed to have received instruction from some of the best instructors in the 'Pilates' world, and was able to spend 3 solid years on the Pilates Machines. I have also been fortunate to spend the last 5 years in the Group Fitness industry and trained along side some of the best in that field as well.
I have an extensive dance background and from that have worked with physical therapists, massage therapists, and have been trained by the best Personal Trainers as well.
Through these experiences I have learned proper form and alignment and the importance of it in fitness training.
I am currently teaching classes at the new 'Throwdown' gym.
Personal Training on the Pilates Machines is available at this facility.
I also do Personal Training from my home incorporating Mat work, Weights, and many other personal training tools.

Consultation $50
Private Lesson $40
Semi-Private Lesson $25
Packages are also available in 5, 10 and 20 sessions with discounted prices for both Private and Semi-Private Lessons.

Consultation $40
Private Lesson $30
Semi-Private Lesson $10(3 person minimum, 6 person maximum)
All appointments are on a first come first serve basis.
